Pilot Games — the Android app and its websites (trainhardflighteasy.co.uk and related test sites)
Last updated: 3 July 2026
The short version
Pilot Games has no accounts, no sign-up, no ads, and no tracking SDKs. The games run entirely on your device. The only information that ever leaves your device is an optional, player-typed callsign and a game score — and only if you choose to save a top-10 score to the public leaderboard.
What we collect
- Leaderboard entries (optional). If you finish a round with a top-10 score you may enter a name or callsign (max 12 characters). That name, your score, the game mode, and the time are stored on our leaderboard server (Cloudflare) and shown publicly inside the game. Skipping the prompt sends nothing. We encourage players to use a made-up callsign, not a real name.
- Local progress. Best scores and cached leaderboards are stored in local storage on your own device. They never leave it and are removed if you uninstall the app or clear site data.
- Website analytics. Our game websites use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal information and no identifiers — only aggregate page-view counts.
What we don't do
- No accounts, passwords, or profiles.
- No advertising and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files.
- No sale or sharing of any data with third parties.
Children
The games are designed to be suitable for young aviation enthusiasts. We collect no personal information from anyone, of any age, beyond the optional leaderboard callsign described above. Parents: if your child has posted a leaderboard name you would like removed, email us and we will delete it.
Data removal
To have any leaderboard entry removed, email pilot@gavingeorge.co.uk with the game, name shown, and approximate score, and we'll take it down.
Security & hosting
All traffic to the leaderboard is encrypted (HTTPS). Leaderboard data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers KV). The Android app bundles the games locally and only contacts the leaderboard endpoint.
Contact
Pilot Games is created and operated by Gavin George — pilot@gavingeorge.co.uk.
